Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged only or if you receive the wrong item, Orders that are personalised CAN NOT be exchanged if error of spelling or in message as it's the customer duty to double check the template that is sent before confirming. If customer confirms and order is made with incorrect details then customer can order again but there will be a charge for the costs of postage and product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the item.

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply email us at:

Damaged or defective products may only be exchanged if returned within 10 days of the original dispatch date, and the original packing slip is included with the returned damaged product. Return product postage is met by customer. 

We will not charge you delivery charges on the replacement products we send to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
